Description

Deliciously cheesy, meaty, and stacked high, these Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger Mac & Cheese Towers are the perfect comfort food. Each tower features a crispy bacon and cheeseburger-inspired base, layered with creamy mac and cheese, topped with more cheese and a sprinkle of bacon for an indulgent treat!


Ingredients

1 lb elbow macaroni

4 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 lb ground beef

8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup cream cheese

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 tbsp onion powder

2 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)

1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)

Burger toppings: lettuce, tomato, pickles, etc.

2. 1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.

3. 2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.

4. 3. Stir in the cooked macaroni, crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, milk, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.

5. 4. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
