Perfect for a fun meal or a crowd-pleasing party treat!

Ingredients

Scale

4 pizza dough balls

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup crumbled blue cheese

1 lb ground beef

1/4 cup maple syrup

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup honey

1/2 cup crushed pretzels

Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. 2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.

3. 3. Stir in maple syrup, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes. Remove from heat.

4. 4. Roll out each pizza dough ball into a flat circle.

5. 5. Sprinkle mozzarella, cheddar, and blue cheese over each dough circle.

6. 6. Add a generous spoonful of the maple cheeseburger mixture in the center of each dough circle.

7. 7. Fold the edges of the dough over the filling, pinching to seal and form a knot.

8. 8. Place the knots on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

9. 9. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

10. 10. While baking, combine honey and crushed pretzels in a bowl.

11. 11. Once the knots are out of the oven, drizzle with honey and pretzel mixture.

12. 12. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding some crispy bacon bits to the cheeseburger filling. Serve with a side of your favorite dipping sauce for an extra kick!
