Description

A delicious fusion of three cheeses and garlic wrapped in crispy egg rolls, perfect for parties or as a savory snack!


Ingredients

8 egg roll wrappers

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup cream cheese, softened

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup green onions, chopped

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Oil for frying


Instructions

2. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, minced garlic, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
