Description

These Thai Peanut Chicken Lettuce Wraps are a delicious and healthy way to enjoy a meal. Packed with flavor and perfect for a quick dinner or lunch!

1 lb ground chicken

1 cup shredded carrots

1 red bell pepper, diced

2 green onions, sliced

1/2 cup peanut sauce

1 head of butter lettuce, leaves separated

1/4 cup chopped peanuts (for garnish)

Fresh cilantro (for garnish)


Instructions

3. 2. Add the shredded carrots and diced red bell pepper; cook for another 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender.
