1 lb ground chicken
1 cup shredded carrots
1 red bell pepper, diced
2 green onions, sliced
1/2 cup peanut sauce
1 head of butter lettuce, leaves separated
1/4 cup chopped peanuts (for garnish)
Fresh cilantro (for garnish)
