Ingredients

– 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs

– 2 tbsp olive oil

– 2 tbsp taco seasoning

– 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

– 8 small corn tortillas

– 1 cup shredded cabbage

– 1/2 cup carrots, grated

– 1/4 cup mayonnaise

– 1 tbsp lime juice

– Salt and pepper to taste

– Fresh cilantro, for garnish


Instructions

1. 1. In a bowl, combine chicken thighs, olive oil, taco seasoning, and cayenne pepper. Mix well.
