Description

A delicious twist on nachos and pizza, this Sticky Pepper Nacho Bake Knot Pizza is loaded with gooey cheese, crispy bacon, and zesty peppers. Perfect for game day or a cozy night in!


Ingredients

8 oz pizza dough

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled

1/2 cup sliced jalapeños

1/4 cup green bell pepper, diced

1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced

1/4 cup sour cream

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh cilantro for garnish


Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.

3. Brush the olive oil over the dough.

4. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper evenly on top.

5. Layer the mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the dough.

6. Add crumbled bacon, jalapeños, and diced peppers evenly across.

7. Roll the dough tightly from one end to the other to form a log.

8. Slice the log into 1-inch thick pieces and place them upright in a greased baking dish.

9. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

10. Remove from the oven and drizzle with sour cream and sprinkle with fresh cilantro before serving.


Notes

For extra kick, add more jalapeños or serve with hot sauce.
