Description

Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with these delicious Bacon & Cabbage Sliders! Juicy bacon, tender cabbage, and a touch of Irish flair come together in perfect harmony.


Ingredients

– 1 lb bacon, chopped

– 1 small head of cabbage, shredded

– 1 tbsp olive oil

– 1 onion, diced

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– Salt and pepper to taste

– 8 slider buns

– Mustard or Irish whiskey sauce for serving


Instructions

2. 1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
