1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

1 cup milk

2 fresh ghost peppers, finely chopped

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Salt to taste

Tortilla chips for serving


Instructions
