Ingredients
– 1 lb ground chicken
– 1 cup diced pineapple (fresh or canned)
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon fish sauce
– 1 tablespoon chili sauce (adjust to taste)
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
– 1/4 cup chopped green onions
– 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 head of butter lettuce (for wraps)
