These Spicy Thai Chili Meatball Lettuce Wraps are a flavorful and healthy twist on traditional meatball recipes. Packed with spices and served in fresh lettuce, they make for a perfect appetizer or light meal.
Ingredients
– 1 pound ground chicken
– 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
– 1/4 cup chopped green onions
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
– 1 tablespoon soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon fish sauce
– 1 tablespoon chili paste
– 1 teaspoon sesame oil
– 1 teaspoon lime juice
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 head of iceberg lettuce, leaves separated
– Fresh cilantro and lime wedges for serving
