Ingredients
– 1 lb ground beef
– 2 tbsp soy sauce
– 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
– 1 tsp sesame oil
– 1 tsp minced garlic
– 1 tsp minced ginger
– 8 small corn tortillas
– 1 ripe avocado, diced
– 1 cup shredded cabbage
– 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
– 1 lime, juiced
– Salt and pepper to taste
