2 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 tbsp brown sugar

1 tsp minced garlic

1 tsp minced ginger

8 small corn tortillas

1 cup shredded cabbage

1/2 cup chopped cilantro

1/4 cup sliced green onions

1 lime, juiced

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions
