These Spicy Korean BBQ Pork Tacos are a fusion delight, featuring marinated pork, fresh cilantro slaw, and a spicy gochujang sauce.
Ingredients
1 lb pork shoulder, thinly sliced
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp minced ginger
8 small corn tortillas
1 cup shredded cabbage
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1 lime, juiced
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. 1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger. Marinate the pork for at least 30 minutes.
2. 2. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated pork for about 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.
3. 3. In another bowl, combine shredded cabbage, cilantro, green onions, lime juice, salt, and pepper to make the slaw.
4. 4. Warm the corn tortillas in a pan for about 30 seconds on each side.
5. 5. Assemble the tacos by placing pork on the tortillas and topping with cilantro slaw.
