Description
These Spicy Korean BBQ Chicken Tacos are a delicious fusion of Korean flavors wrapped in a soft taco shell, topped with a zesty slaw for an extra kick.
Ingredients
– 1 lb boneless chicken thighs
– 1/4 cup soy sauce
– 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
– 2 tbsp honey
– 1 tbsp sesame oil
– 1 clove garlic, minced
– 1 tsp ginger, grated
– 8 small corn tortillas
– 1 cup shredded cabbage
– 1/2 cup carrots, julienned
– 2 tbsp rice vinegar
– 1 tbsp lime juice
– 1 tbsp sesame seeds
– Fresh cilantro, for garnish
– Sliced green onions, for garnish

2. 1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, gochujang, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Mix well.
3. 2. Add the chicken thighs and marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for best flavor).

5. 4. Grill the marinated chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

Notes
– Adjust the spice level by adding more or less gochujang to taste.
