Ingredients
– 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs- ⅓ cup sugar- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened- ½ cup sugar- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree- 2 large eggs- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger- ¼ teaspoon ground cloves- ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9 inch baking dish.2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, ⅓ cup sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared dish.3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and ½ cup sugar together until smooth.4. Add pumpkin puree, eggs, and vanilla extract.
