Description

These Spiced Mango Street Tacos with Avocado Cream offer a burst of flavor and freshness, perfect for a quick meal or a fun gathering. The sweetness of the mango pairs beautifully with savory spices and creamy avocado.


Ingredients

– 2 ripe mangoes, diced

– 1 lb (450g) chicken thighs, boneless and skinless

– 1 tablespoon olive oil

– 1 teaspoon chili powder

– 1 teaspoon cumin

– 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

– 8 small corn tortillas

– 1 avocado

– 1/4 cup sour cream

– 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

– 1 lime, juiced


Instructions

2. 1. In a bowl, combine the diced mango, lime juice, and chopped cilantro. Set aside.

3. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.

4. 3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.

5. 4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes. Then, slice it into strips.
