Ingredients

– 1 tbsp baking powder
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
– 1 cup buttermilk
– 1 large egg
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 8 hot dogs
– 1 cup vegetable oil (for frying)
– Optional: marinara sauce for dipping
