Description

These Smoky Maple BBQ Turkey Sliders with Cranberry Sauce are the perfect blend of sweet and savory. Perfect for a summer BBQ or game day!


Ingredients

– 1 lb ground turkey

– 1/2 cup BBQ sauce

– 1/4 cup maple syrup

– 1 tsp smoked paprika

– 1/2 tsp garlic powder

– 1/2 tsp onion powder

– Salt and pepper to taste

– 12 slider buns

– 1 cup cranberry sauce

– Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

1. 1. In a bowl, combine ground turkey, BBQ sauce, maple syrup, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

2. 2. Form the mixture into 12 small patties.

3. 3. Preheat the grill to medium heat and lightly oil the grates.

4. 4. Grill the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.

5. 5. Toast the slider buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.

6. 6. Assemble the sliders by placing a turkey patty on each bun and adding a spoonful of cranberry sauce on top.

7. 7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.


Notes

For added flavor, marinate the turkey mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes before grilling. You can also use store-bought BBQ sauce or make your own!
