Ingredients

– 2 tablespoons chipotle in adobo sauce, minced

– 8 small corn tortillas
– Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Avocado Salsa:
– 2 ripe avocados, diced
– 1 small red onion, diced
– 1 jalapeño, minced (optional)
– 1 lime, juiced
