Ingredients
– 2 lbs pork shoulder
– 1 cup BBQ sauce
– 1 bag tortilla chips
– 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or a cheese blend)
– 1 jalapeño, sliced
– 1/2 cup sour cream
– 1/4 cup chopped green onions
– Salt and pepper to taste
