Description

Juicy beef sliders infused with smoky flavor and topped with a tangy slaw for a delightful bite. Perfect for BBQ gatherings!


Ingredients

– 1 lb ground beef (80/20)

– 1/2 cup BBQ sauce

– 1 tsp smoked paprika

– 1/2 tsp garlic powder

– Salt and pepper to taste

– 8 slider buns

– 1 cup coleslaw mix

– 1/4 cup mayonnaise

– 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

– 1 tsp sugar

– 1/4 tsp celery seed

2. 1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, BBQ sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

3. 2. Form the mixture into small patties, about 2 inches wide.

5. 4. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.

6. 5. While the beef is cooking, mix together coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, and celery seed in a separate bowl. Stir until well combined.
