Description

This Smashed Onion Deviled Eggs Dip is a creamy, savory delight with a hint of sweetness from the maple pepper glaze. Perfect for parties or as a snack!


Ingredients

6 large eggs

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 cup finely chopped green onions

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon maple syrup

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper


Instructions

1. Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 12 minutes.

2. Once cooled, peel the eggs and chop them roughly.

3. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped eggs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, black pepper, green onions, and apple cider vinegar.

4. Mix until well combined and slightly chunky.
