These Skillet Mozzarella Sliders are a cheesy, delicious treat, perfect for game day or a casual gathering. Served warm, these triple-stack sliders are sure to impress!
Ingredients
12 slider rolls
1 lb ground beef
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup marinara sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh basil leaves (for garnish)
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.
2. 2. In a bowl, mix the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
3. 3. Form the beef into 12 small patties.
4. 4. Add olive oil to the skillet and cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
5. 5. Once the patties are cooked, place 3 patties on each slider roll.
6. 6. Spoon marinara sauce over the patties and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
7. 7. Cover the skillet with a lid and let the cheese melt for about 2-3 minutes.
8. 8. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
9. 9. Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, you can add some Italian seasoning to the beef mixture. You can also use different types of cheese like provolone or cheddar if desired.
