Description

These Savory Turkey and Cranberry Sliders are the perfect blend of juicy turkey, tart cranberries, and a zesty herb sauce. Perfect for parties or a cozy family dinner!


Ingredients

– 1 lb ground turkey- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce- 1/4 cup mayonnaise- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard- 1 tsp garlic powder- 1 tsp onion powder- Salt and pepper to taste- 12 slider buns- Fresh spinach leaves (for garnish)- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (for herb sauce)- 1 tbsp lemon juice- 1/4 cup olive oil- 1 tsp dried oregano- 1 tsp dried thyme


Instructions

1. 1. In a bowl, mix together the ground turkey, cranberry sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.2. Form the mixture into small patties, about 2 inches in diameter.3. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F).4. While the sliders are cooking, prepare the herb sauce by blending together the parsley, lemon juice, olive oil, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.5. Once the patties are cooked, assemble the sliders by placing a turkey patty on each slider bun, topping with a dollop of herb sauce, and adding fresh spinach.6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
