Description

These Savory Pumpkin Spice Quesadilla Bites are a delightful combination of sweet and savory flavors. Perfect for a snack or a party appetizer!


Ingredients

• 1 cup pumpkin puree

• 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice

• 1/2 teaspoon salt

• 1 cup shredded cheese (like mozzarella or cheddar)

• 4 flour tortillas

• 2 tablespoons butter

• Optional: sour cream for serving


Instructions

1. 1. In a bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, and salt until well combined.

2. 2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt 1 tablespoon of butter.

3. 3. Place one tortilla in the skillet and spread 1/4 of the pumpkin mixture on half of the tortilla.

4. 4. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup of cheese and fold the tortilla over.

5. 5. Cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.

6. 6. Remove from skillet and keep warm. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.

7. 7. Cut each quesadilla into bite-sized pieces and serve with sour cream if desired.
