Ingredients

– 1 cup all-purpose flour

– 1/2 cup pumpkin puree

– 2 tablespoons brown sugar

– 1 teaspoon baking powder

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

– 1 cup buttermilk

– 1 large egg

– 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

– Maple syrup for drizzling
