– 1 can (15 oz) coconut milk

– 1 medium onion, diced

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

– 1 tablespoon olive oil

– 8 small corn tortillas

– Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions
