These Savory Jalapeno Egg Rolls are a spicy delight, perfect for any gathering. Wrapped in crispy egg roll skins and served with a creamy pepper gravy, they’re sure to impress your guests!


Ingredients

• 1 package egg roll wrappers

• 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

• 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or pepper jack)

• 1/2 cup jalapenos, finely chopped

• 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

• 1 tablespoon garlic powder

• 1 tablespoon onion powder

• Salt and pepper to taste

• Oil for frying

• 2 cups heavy cream

• 1/4 cup crushed black pepper

• 2 tablespoons butter

• 1 tablespoon flour
