Ingredients
– 32 oz frozen tater tots
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1/2 cup honey
– 1 cup crispy fried onions
– 1/4 cup chopped green onions
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. 2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil and tater tots. Cook according to the package instructions until golden and crispy.
3. 3. Once the tater tots are cooked, remove them from the heat and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top. Return to the oven for 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
4. 4. Drizzle honey over the cheesy tater tots and top with crispy fried onions.
