Ingredients

– 1 lb ground turkey

– 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

– 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

– 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped

– 1 clove garlic, minced

– 1 egg

– 1 teaspoon salt

– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

– 1/4 cup honey

– 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

– 1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, thyme, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper.

3. Mix until just combined, then form into 1-inch meatballs.

4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

5. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, and olive oil.

6. Brush the honey glaze over the meatballs.

7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
