Ingredients
1 pound bacon, cut into thirds
1 cup fresh cranberries
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, chopped pecans, brown sugar, salt, and pepper until well combined.
3. Take one piece of bacon and wrap it around a cranberry, securing it with a toothpick.
4. Repeat until all cranberries are wrapped.
5. Place wrapped cranberries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until bacon is crispy.
7. Serve warm and enjoy the festive flavors!
