Ingredients

– 4 large eggs

– 1 lb spicy sausage, casings removed

– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

– 1/2 cup diced bell peppers

– 1/2 cup diced onions

– 4 large flour tortillas

– 1 avocado, sliced

– Salsa for serving

– Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions
