Description

Indulge in these rich hot chocolate bombs filled with soft marshmallows. Perfect for a cozy night in or as a fun treat for parties!


Ingredients

2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup cocoa powder

1 cup mini marshmallows

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1/2 cup milk (for serving)


Instructions

2. 1. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth.

3. 2. Spoon a thin layer of melted chocolate into the molds, making sure to coat the sides evenly.

4. 3. Refrigerate for 10 minutes to set.

5. 4. Remove from molds and fill half of the chocolate shells with mini marshmallows and a spoonful of cocoa powder.

6. 5. Seal the bombs by melting the edges of the other half of the chocolate shells and pressing them together.

7. 6. Decorate as desired with additional melted chocolate or sprinkles.

8. 7. To serve, place a hot chocolate bomb in a mug and pour hot milk over it. Stir and enjoy!

Notes

 

– For an extra touch, add a few drops of vanilla extract to the melted chocolate.

– You can also experiment with different types of chocolate or add flavored syrups.
