Description

These delicious Ranch Honey Pork Corn Dogs are perfect for parties and gatherings. They are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, with a touch of ranch flavor and a sweet honey glaze. Serve them with ranch dip for an extra kick!


Ingredients

– 1 lb ground pork

– 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

– 1/2 cup cornmeal

– 1/4 cup ranch seasoning

– 1/4 cup honey

– 1 egg

– 1 cup buttermilk

– 1 tsp baking powder

– Salt and pepper to taste

– Vegetable oil for frying

– Wooden skewers for corn dogs
