A deliciously creamy peppermint mocha milkshake with a hint of bourbon, perfect for a cozy afternoon or a festive gathering.
Ingredients
2 cups vanilla ice cream
1 cup milk
1/2 cup brewed coffee, cooled
1/4 cup peppermint schnapps
2 oz bourbon
1/4 cup chocolate syrup
1/4 tsp peppermint extract
Whipped cream, for topping
Crushed peppermint candies, for garnish
Instructions
1. In a blender, combine the vanilla ice cream, milk, cooled coffee, peppermint schnapps, bourbon, chocolate syrup, and peppermint extract.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Pour the milkshake into tall glasses.
4. Top with whipped cream and garnish with crushed peppermint candies.
5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For a non-alcoholic version, omit the bourbon and schnapps.
Feel free to adjust the amount of peppermint extract to taste.
