These Moroccan-Spiced Chicken Wraps are packed with flavor and fresh veggies, perfect for a quick meal or a delicious street food experience!
Ingredients
2 large chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons Moroccan spice blend
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 large tortillas
1 cup mixed greens
1 cup cucumber, thinly sliced
1 cup bell peppers, thinly sliced
1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup hummus or tzatziki sauce
Instructions
1. 1. In a bowl, combine the chicken strips, olive oil, Moroccan spice blend, salt, and pepper. Toss until well coated.
2. 2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken strips until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from heat.
3. 3. Lay out the tortillas and spread a generous layer of hummus or tzatziki sauce on each.
4. 4. Divide the cooked chicken among the tortillas and top with mixed greens, cucumber, bell peppers, and red onion.
5. 5. Roll up the tortillas tightly and slice in half to serve.
