1/2 lb ground pork

1 cup breadcrumbs

1/2 cup onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup milk

1/4 cup honey

1 egg

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp dried thyme

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

1/4 cup ketchup

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup sour cream

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions
