Ingredients
– 1 bag tortilla chips
– 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
– 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
– 1 cup cooked ground beef (optional)
– 1 cup salsa
– 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños
– 1/4 cup chopped green onions
– 1/2 cup sour cream (for serving)
– Fresh cilantro (for garnish)
