This festive dish features juicy chicken glazed with a sweet maple pecan sauce, served over creamy sweet potato mash for a delightful seasonal feast.
Ingredients
– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 1 cup pecans, chopped
– 1/2 cup maple syrup
– 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 4 medium sweet potatoes
– 1/4 cup milk
– 2 tablespoons butter
– 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Notes
