These delicious sweet potatoes are stuffed with a savory mixture of maple syrup, pecans, and crispy bacon, making them a perfect festive dish for any gathering.

4 medium sweet potatoes

2 cups cooked bacon, chopped

1 cup pecans, chopped

1/2 cup maple syrup

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

1. 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. 2. Wash the sweet potatoes and pierce them several times with a fork.

3. 3. Place the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 45-60 minutes, or until tender.
