Ingredients
– 1 lb (450 g) chicken breast, cubed
– 1/4 cup (60 ml) pure maple syrup
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
– 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– Skewers (wooden or metal)
