Ingredients
1 lb chicken breasts, cubed
1 cup fresh pineapple, cubed
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Skewers (wood or metal)
Instructions
1. 1. In a bowl, mix maple syrup, soy sauce, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
2. 2. Add chicken cubes to the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
3. 3. Preheat grill to medium heat.
4. 4. Thread chicken and pineapple onto skewers, alternating between the two.
5. 5. Grill skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
