Description

These Maple BBQ Glazed Chicken Skewers are perfect for summer grilling. Tender chicken pieces are marinated in a sweet and tangy maple BBQ sauce, then grilled to perfection.


Ingredients

– 1.5 lbs chicken breast, cut into 1-inch pieces

– 1/2 cup maple syrup

– 1/2 cup BBQ sauce

– 2 tablespoons soy sauce

– 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

– Skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes before grilling


Instructions

1. 1. In a large bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, BBQ sauce, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.

2. 2. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
