Ingredients
For the crust:
– 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
– ⅓ cup granulated sugar
– ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
For the cheesecake:
– 16 oz cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
– ½ cup brown sugar
– ¼ cup maple syrup
– 2 large eggs
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1 tsp pumpkin spice
For the topping:
– ½ cup cooked bacon, crumbled
– ¼ cup maple syrup
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
3. 3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add pumpkin puree, brown sugar, maple syrup, eggs, vanilla extract, and pumpkin spice. Mix until well combined.
