Ingredients
– 1 loaf of brioche or challah bread, cut into cubes
– 8 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled
– 6 large eggs
– 2 cups whole milk
– 1/2 cup maple syrup
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
– Fresh berries for serving (optional)
