Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 package (8 oz) mini phyllo cups
1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
3. 3. Stir in the crumbled bacon until evenly distributed.
4. 4. Place the mini phyllo cups on a baking sheet and fill each cup with the cheesecake mixture.
5. 5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges of the cups are golden brown.
