Description

Indulge in the deliciousness of a Maple Bacon Cheeseburger topped with crispy bacon, sharp cheddar, and sweet maple syrup, served with a side of crispy sweet potato fries.

Ingredients

Scale

1 lb ground beef

4 slices of bacon

4 slices sharp cheddar cheese

4 hamburger buns

1/4 cup maple syrup

1 tsp black pepper

Salt to taste

2 large sweet potatoes

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

1.

2. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

3. 2. Season the ground beef with salt and black pepper, then form into 4 patties.

4. 3. Grill the patties for 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip and place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the cheese melts.

5. 4. In a separate pan, cook the bacon until crispy, then set aside.

6. 5. Brush the hamburger buns with some maple syrup and toast them on the grill for 1-2 minutes.

7. 6. For the sweet potato fries, preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut sweet potatoes into fries, toss with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy.

8. 7. Assemble the burgers by placing the patty on the bun, adding bacon, and drizzling with more maple syrup. Serve with sweet potato fries.

Notes

– For extra flavor, consider adding pickles or avocado.

– Adjust the amount of maple syrup based on your sweetness preference.

– Ensure the sweet potato fries are spread out on the baking sheet to achieve maximum crispiness.
