These Loaded Breakfast Nachos feature crispy tortilla chips topped with crispy bacon, scrambled eggs, melted cheese, and vibrant toppings, perfect for a hearty breakfast or brunch!


Ingredients

– 8 oz tortilla chips

– 6 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped

– 4 large eggs

– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

– 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed and drained

– 1/2 cup diced tomatoes

– 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños

– 1/4 cup chopped green onions

– 1 avocado, sliced

– Salsa and sour cream for serving


Instructions
