Ingredients
4 large flour tortillas
8 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
4 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 cup bell peppers, diced
1/2 cup onion, diced
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1. 1. In a skillet, cook the diced bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
