Description

These Loaded Bourbon Biscuit Bombs are filled with savory fillings and drizzled with a smoky BBQ glaze. Perfect for grilling and a crowd-pleaser at any BBQ!


Ingredients

2 cans of refrigerated biscuit dough

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon

1/2 cup diced cooked chicken

1/4 cup green onions, chopped

1/2 cup bourbon BBQ sauce

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

3. In a bowl, mix together the cheddar cheese, bacon, chicken, and green onions.

4. Open the biscuit dough and flatten each piece into a small circle.

5. Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each circle.

6. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal, forming a pocket.

7. Brush the outside of each pocket with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

8. Place the pockets on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown.

9. In the last few minutes of grilling, brush the smoky BBQ glaze over each pocket.
