These Loaded BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger Sliders are the perfect party appetizer! Juicy beef sliders topped with crispy bacon, melted cheese, and tangy barbecue sauce, all served on soft slider buns.

Ingredients

Scale

1 lb ground beef (80/20)

1/2 cup barbecue sauce

8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

8 slider buns

8 slices cheddar cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Pickles and onion for topping (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat your grill or stovetop skillet over medium heat.

2. In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt and pepper. Form into 8 small patties.

3. Grill the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked to your desired doneness.

4. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and close the lid to melt.

5. Remove the patties from the grill and let them rest for a minute.

6. Assemble the sliders by placing each patty on a slider bun. Top with crumbled bacon and drizzle with barbecue sauce.

7. Add pickles and onions, if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

Great for parties and game day! You can also customize the toppings with your favorites, such as jalapeños or different types of cheese.
